The third workshop within the Component 1: „The establishment of data and information base“ of the CARDS 2004 Adult learning project was held from 28 to 30 April 2008 in the Lovran Hotel in Lovran.

The third workshop was held by Benni Lauridsen, expert on adult education from Denmark, Eddie White, expert on adult education from Scotland, and Igor Lulić, expert on database.

This workshop is the first activity within the output 1.3, whose goal is the writing of the project plan, user scenarios and user rights framework for the database.

Outcomes of the workshop are: project plan for database implementation written, user scenarios for the database designed, security and validation framework designed, two smaller working groups established to do preparatory work for the testing of the database.

The fourth workshop will take place in the beginning of June 2008.
