Component 5 is called “Basic skills programme for adults”.
Component 5 comprises the development of a methodology to assess the basic skills programme for adults (“For a Literate Croatia – the way to a desirable future” of the Ministry of Science, Education and Sports), as well as the improvement of the expertise of public and private training providers (trainers/researchers) for flexible provision of the basic skills programme for adults.
This component also includes a four-day training programme for adult educators, who will then train approximately 80 adult educators across Croatia. A detailed revision of the curriculum is also planned with a view to improve the whole “
