Component 4 is called “Quality of training programmes and providers”.

Component 4 comprises the modernization of the programme accreditation / verification procedures, and the relevant stakeholders are ready to apply new elements (qualification framework) while developing training programmes for “basic occupations”. Ten training programmes will be created that will be based on learning outcomes relevant for adult learning in accordance with the newly defined levels. In addition to that, the proposal for the improvement of the expert supervision system and training of supervisors will also be developed.
